At the January 2017 BRAT Board of Directors' meeting, I was a topic of discussion. Due to my age and the length of time I have been with BRAT in my foster home, it was decided I would become a Forever Foster. Like my friend Dudley. BRAT will take care of me the rest of my life. And, my foster home will be my forever home. That makes me very happy because I love my mom and dad! And they love me.
